Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
Under the Director of Training and Technical Assistance, the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist is responsible for envisioning and implementing MPact’s monitoring and evaluation efforts across its programs and departments. These evaluation efforts must be translated for a wide range of HIV, health, and human rights stakeholders at all levels, including regional and sub-regional MSM and transgender networks; bilateral/multilateral agencies; country governments and health ministries; CBO/INGOs; and grassroots activists.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will work with MPact staff to develop evaluation protocols, tools, and systems. The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for cleaning and analyzing data, and developing reports for MPact staff and other stakeholders.
Contracts and Grants Manager
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations the Contracts & Grants Manager will be responsible for coordinating grant proposals; performing all grant related post-award functions; ensuring compliance with grant regulations; educating staff on grant regulations and policies; managing grant and contract databases; serving as the primary point of contact with program managers and funders for grant budgets and budget modifications; and manage contracting and financial monitoring of sub-awards.
