In partnership with Johns Hopkins University and UCLA, leverages social media data to develop new methods for estimating the population size of gay and bisexual men — helping communities advocate for more resources.
Collaboration with content creators to strengthen leadership skills, develop effective health messages, and reach queer communities through trusted digital voices.
Builds community among queer people living with HIV, increases visibility, and strengthens leadership so people living with HIV can advance their rights and improve their health and wellness.
Uses storytelling to elevate queer voices, challenge stigma, and create greater visibility for communities whose experiences are too often ignored or misrepresented.
Works with queer communities of color to improve vaccine knowledge and access, particularly for outbreak response such as mpox.
“Right To”
People living with HIV have the right to sex, body autonomy, community, and freedom of expression. Sex is valuable — you can live with HIV and still have a fulfilling, pleasurable sex life.
Launched in 2020 with the SHAG Consortium — formed with four regional networks under the Robert Carr Fund grant — to create supportive legal and policy environments for gay and bisexual men worldwide.
