Request For Proposals: Online Advertising Specialist

Consultancy Background 

MPact is in need of online advertising consulting services in efforts to manage and implement global online promotions.  

Scope of Work 

MPact seeks a consultant to provide online advertising and promotion services for MPact. Consultant will work with MPact to manage advertising to gay and bisexual men online and will include the following activities: 

  • Meetings with MPact Director of Community Engagement to review creatives
  •  Develop strategy to maximize reach of online campaigns.
  • Provide creative services to optimize campaigns for delivery to key audience


We are seeking a consultant or consultancy team with 10+ years working with online LGBT social marketing apps.  


Candidates must: 

  • Possess 10+ years or more of experience working with LGBT social marketing app 
  • Be able to communicate via email, Zoom video conference in English; 
  • Be able to show proof of general and professional liability insurance (if based in the U.S.); and 
  • Have a bank account that accepts U.S. Dollars.

  • Statement of interest in the scope of work described in this RFP;

  • Consultancy fees or quotes that cover proposed work.
